HOME INFORMATION PACKs ( HIPs )
All properties marketed for the first time from 14th Dec
2007 will require a Home Information Pack. This pack will
contain standard documentation relevant to the sale of
your property together with an Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC). Charrison Davis are able to offer
expert advice on HIPs legislation. We have also negotiated
significant discounts with local solicitors and HIP
providers.
